「華語樂世代・全球音樂共創計劃」全球徵集

新時代傳媒集團全力支持由廣東廣播電視台主辦的「華語樂世代・全球音樂共創計劃」,向全球徵集原創音樂作品。計劃以音樂連繫世界各地唱作人,以華語作橋樑,邀請全球音樂創作者及音樂愛好者共同參與。

今次徵集分為三大組別,包括原創歌曲、改編作品及 AI 歌曲。根據粉絲投票、歌曲播放量、評論數、歌曲海報分享量、歌曲推薦官推介等綜合數據,並結合專業評審審定,最終選出得獎作品:

王者樂世代作品 ——獎金人民幣 20,000 元

原創樂世代作品 —— 獎金人民幣10,000 元

改編樂世代作品—— 獎金人民幣10,000 元

AI 樂世代作品—— 獎金人民幣10,000 元

文化融合樂世代作品—— 獎金人民幣10,000 元

以上得獎歌曲均可獲頒官方證書、收錄於官方歌單、獲主辦方度身宣傳推廣,並優先受邀參與線下演出活動。所有獎金均為稅前金額,將按中國相關法規扣除稅項後發放。

2026 年9 月 19日至2026 年12 月 31 舉行國際線下展演活動 活動期間相關交通、住宿及餐飲費用將由主辦方承擔。

Fairchild Media Group is proud to support the “C-Wave Global Music Co-creation Plan,” organized by Guangdong Radio and Television. The project is now calling for original music submissions from around the world. Through music, the initiative connects singer-songwriters across the globe, using the Chinese language as a bridge and inviting music creators and music lovers worldwide to take part.

Awards:

This campaign features three submission tracks: Original Songs, Remakes, and AI-generated Songs. Entries are open to creators worldwide and will be evaluated based on fan votes, song plays, comments, poster shares, recommendations from Music Evaluators, and professional judging.

AI C-Wave Award: RMB 10,000

Cultural Fusion C-Wave Award: RMB 10,000

All winning songs will receive:

Certificate of Honour, Official playlist feature, Customized promotion by the organizer, Priority invitation to perform at offline events. Note: All cash prizes are pre-tax amounts and will be paid after applicable taxes are withheld in accordance with the laws and regulations of the host country of the events.

今次活動特別邀請「正音樂評審團」進行線上評審評審團,由「酷狗音樂人」聯同「騰訊音樂・正音樂」共同打造,從專業角度出發,細聽參賽作品並給予獨到點評,為作品終審提供重要評判依據。

評審包括:

粵港青年作曲家及編曲家 陳珀、著名詞曲作家及製作人 林健華、中國內地音樂人,榮獲廣洲新音樂十大金曲獎,“五個一”工程獎 吳歡、韓國知名音樂製作人  Baksa Kim,以及馬來西亞沙巴籍音樂製作人  Jeson Huang。

投稿方式:

參賽者可將作品電郵至 socialmediagdtv@163.comsocialmediagdtv@gmail.com ,標題請註明「樂世代作品投稿」;內容需列明參賽組別(原創/改編/AI)、歌手姓名、聯絡方式及投稿作品名稱,並附上音訊 MP3 或影片 MP4 檔案,大會將以電郵回覆作投稿確認。  

作品要求:

原創組別

歌曲不限語種,中文及外文均可,主題需體現民族精神,以及華人華僑積極向上的精神面貌,內容包括但不限於以下方向:

一曲鄉音,四海同心

無論身在世界哪個角落,華語歌聲都是連繫彼此的紐帶。創作者可用音樂訴說遊子鄉愁、家國情懷,唱出全球華人共通的情感與記憶。思鄉情懷、家族故事、海外奮鬥、傳統旋律改編,或融入各地民俗音樂元素的作品均可。

樂無邊界,聲遇世界

可融合跨國曲風、中外生活見聞及國際友誼故事,打破地域與曲風界限,讓華語音樂與全球多元文化碰撞交融,以旋律搭建文化對話的橋樑。

華語新聲,閃耀全球

表達青年態度、文化創新及新時代故事。流行、國風、電子、AI 編曲等新穎形式均可。

改編組別

參賽者須從以下官方指定曲目中選擇歌曲進行改編,主題包括但不限於:體現中外文化融合或碰撞的創意音樂元素、歌頌華人積極向上的精神、表達全球對華語音樂的熱愛,以及傳播家鄉特色和當地傳統文化等。

官方指定改編歌曲: 《後來遇見他》、《請先說你好》、《怎嘆》、《聽說你》、《星空剪影》、《愛過你這件事》。

參賽者可保留原曲核心旋律,改編指定歌曲的歌詞及演繹方式。

This competition will be held in Malaysia. All relevant expenses incurred during the event, including transportation, catering and accommodation costs, shall be borne by the organizer.

This campaign has specially invited the 「正音樂評審團」 to conduct online reviews. Jointly created by 「酷狗音樂人」 and 「騰訊音樂・正音樂」, the jury brings together respected music professionals who will listen to each creator’s work from an expert perspective and provide independent comments, offering an important reference for the final evaluation.

Entry Requirements

Original Song Entries:

Submissions may be in Chinese or any other languages. Entries should reflect the spirit of C-Wave, celebrating cultural identity, positive values, and the stories of Chinese communities around the world. Suggested themes include, but are not limited to:

“A Shared Voice, A Shared Heart”

No matter where we are in the world, Chinese songs connect us. Share stories of homeland, family, heritage, overseas journeys, and cultural roots through music. Entries may incorporate traditional Chinese melodies, folk influences, and local musical elements from around the world.

“Music Without Borders”

Celebrate cultural exchange through music. Blend different musical styles, share cross-cultural experiences from life in China and abroad, tell stories of international friendship—let Chinese music and world cultures inspire each other, and build bridges between civilizations through the universal language of music.

“New Voices of Chinese Music, Shining Worldwide”

Showcase youth perspectives, cultural innovation, and stories of the modern new era. Submissions are welcome in all genres and formats are welcome, including pop, guofeng (modern Chinese style), electronic music, and AI-assisted productions, and more.  

Adapted Song Entries:

Participants may select a song from the official adaptation list and create a new version. Adaptations are encouraged to highlight cultural exchange and creative fusion between China and the world, while promoting positive values, a love for Chinese music, local cultural traditions, and unique regional stories.

Participants may adapt the lyrics and expression of the selected song while preserving its core musical composition.

活動要求:

1. 活動面向全球音樂創作者、音樂愛好者、專業院校師生、音樂團體等公開徵集作品,不限國籍、年齡及職業。

2. 原創歌曲內容須切合「樂世代」主題,以華語為主體表達,並可融合當地語言。大會鼓勵詞曲原創及多語種創新改編,曲風及演唱形式不限,語言包括但不限於普通話、粵語、客家話、閩南語,以及各國、各民族語言。

3. 原創歌曲曲風及演唱形式不限;能融入廣東風土人情、粵港澳大灣區元素、南洋國家文化特色等的作品將獲優先考慮。

4. 原創歌曲作品時長為 3 至 5 分鐘,重新編配的翻唱作品不納入徵集範圍。

5. 作品必須為近年原創,且未曾於省級或以上創作類比賽中獲獎。參賽作品不得抄襲、剽竊他人作品,亦不得侵犯任何第三方的知識產權或其他合法權益。如發現作品涉及侵權,將取消活動資格,並由投稿者承擔相應法律責任。

6. 改編歌曲可從官方指定曲目中選擇歌曲進行改編。內容主題包括但不限於:以已成型的中文音樂作品為基礎,將歌詞改編為其他國家語言。

7. AI 作品須有 AI 技術參與及輔助創作,展現創作者與 AI 技術之間的互動創作。作品使用 AI 工具的參與程度及範圍不限,可涉及作詞、作曲、編曲、演唱、混音等一個或多個環節。

8. 作者須提交簡潔文字說明及工程文件截圖,闡明創作思路與創作過程,並重點介紹作品中由 AI 技術完成的部分。  

注意事項 :

1. 投稿者須為作品創作者,並確認擁有作品著作權。詞或曲其中一方均可投稿,同一作品不可重複遞交。主辦方不承擔包括但不限於肖像權、名譽權、私隱權、著作權、商標權等糾紛所產生的法律責任。如出現相關情況,主辦方有權取消其投稿資格及追回獎項。

2. 嚴禁剽竊及抄襲。剽竊、抄襲的具體界定,將依據《中華人民共和國著作權法》及相關規定處理。

3. 參賽作品必須嚴格遵守相關法律法規,不得含有低俗、色情、暴力、侵犯他人私隱、違反社會公共道德,或其他違反相關法律及規定的內容。

4. 本次活動所有徵集作品不收取報名費,亦不設退稿,請創作者自行保留原始作品。

5. 本次活動主辦單位對所有投稿作品擁有公開展示、印刷出版、線上及線下推廣宣傳的權利,並可用於與第三方組織聯合舉辦的展演、公共宣傳、獎項申報等非牟利活動,毋須另行取得投稿機構、團隊或個人授權,且不會用作其他商業用途。任何機構或個人未經作者、知識產權擁有人及活動主辦單位同意,不得抄襲、公開展示、出版或使用本次活動投稿作品。

6. 其他未盡事宜及活動變動,將以具體通知為準,相關通知將於本活動頁面公布。

7. 投稿者參與本次活動,即視為承認並同意本活動規則。

8. 主辦及承辦單位有權因應活動營運情況,對活動規則作出調整。

Participation Requirements:

1. Open to music creators, music enthusiasts, students and faculty of professional music institutions, music groups, and others worldwide, regardless of nationality, age, or occupation;

2. Original songs must align with the theme of "C-Wave," with Chinese-language content as the primary expression. Fusion of Chinese with local languages is permitted. Original lyrics and composition, as well as multilingual and innovative adaptations, are encouraged. Music genre and performance format are unrestricted. Languages include but are not limited to Mandarin, Cantonese, Hakka, Hokkien, as well as various national and ethnic languages.;

3. No restrictions on music genre or performance format. Works that incorporate elements of Guangdong's local customs and culture, the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, or the cultural characteristics of Southeast Asian nations will be given priority;

4. Original songs should be 3 to 5 minutes in length. Re-arranged cover songs are not accepted.

5. Works must be original creations from recent years and must not have won any prizes in provincial-level or higher original composition competitions. Plagiarism or misappropriation of others' work is prohibited, and no infringement upon any third party's intellectual property or other legal rights is allowed. If any infringement is found, the participant will be disqualified, and the submitter shall bear full legal responsibility;

6. Adapted songs may be based on officially designated tracks for adaptation. Content themes include but are not limited to taking existing Chinese musical works and adapting the lyrics into other languages.

7. AI work must involve the participation and empowerment of AI technology, demonstrating interactive creation between the creator and AI. There is no restriction on the degree or scope of AI tool usage—AI may be used in one or multiple stages, including lyric writing, composition, arrangement, vocal performance, mixing, etc.

8. Submitter must provide a concise written explanation and screenshots of project files, clarifying the creative concept and process, with a focus on describing the work completed by AI technology.  

Important Notes

1. Submitter must be the creator of the work and confirm that they hold the copyright to the work. Lyricists and composers may each submit a work (the same work cannot be submitted repeatedly). The organizer assumes no legal responsibility for disputes arising from rights, including but not limited to portrait rights, reputation rights, privacy rights, copyrights, and trademark rights. Should such situations occur, the organizer reserves the right to disqualify the submission and revoke any awards.

2. Plagiarism and misappropriation are strictly prohibited. The definition of plagiarism and misappropriation shall be based on the Copyright Law of the People's Republic of China and relevant regulations. 

3. Works must strictly comply with all applicable national laws and regulations. Content that is vulgar, pornographic, violent, invasive of privacy, contrary to public morality, or otherwise in violation of relevant national laws or regulations is not permitted. 

4. No submission fee is charged for any works submitted to this event, and no works will be returned. Creators are advised to retain their original works.

5. The organizer has the right to publicly display, print and publish, and promote (online and offline) all submitted works, as well as to use them in non-commercial activities such as joint exhibitions, public promotions, and exclusive award applications organized with other third parties, without further authorization from the submitting institution, team, or individual, and without using them for other commercial purposes. No institution or individual may plagiarize, publicly display, publish, or use the submitted works without the consent of the creator, intellectual property owner, or event organizer.

6. Any other matters not covered herein and any changes to the event shall be subject to specific notifications, which will be announced on the event page.

7. Participation in this event constitutes acceptance of these rules. 

8. The host and organizing units reserve the right to adjust the event rules based on operational circumstances.
